Position Overview
The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for managing various marketing projects and processes. This position requires someone who is comfortable working with a team to gather ideas and then turn those ideas into action. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, resourceful, and have impeccable communication & leadership skills.


• Develop marketing collateral: pricing sheets; whitepapers; data sheets.
• Write & maintain content and provide monthly updates to corporate website.
• Assist with the writing, delivery, and tracking of press releases and e-mail campaigns.
• Produce monthly newsletter and distribute to our email marketing list.
• Provide product positioning materials & training for sales & customer service.
• Develop standardized sales scripts, presentations, proposals, etc.
• Analyze ROI by capturing marketing campaign performance metrics.
• Manage and attend tradeshows, city tours, company-sponsored events & promotions.
• Develop lead generation strategies with objectives, targets, and measures.
• Build a lead scoring system to evaluate lead quality and qualify opportunities.
• Work with customers to develop case studies, testimonials, and references.
• Develop and monitor online blogs to track communications related to our brand.
• Maintain internal CRM database for marketing and support.
• Execute & analyze results of marketing campaigns and advertisements.

Job Requirements

• University degree or college diploma in business, marketing, or related field.
• Must have a good understanding of a “services business” in a high-tech environment, from a supplier, integrator or operator’s point of view. A background in either the legal industry or accounting and case management systems is preferred.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a professional marketing department is required.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience managing vendor relationships in regards to print and corporate communications.
• Exceptional knowledge of marketing, sales and business processes.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and be achievement oriented.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are mandatory.
• Must be customer service orientated and believe in teamwork, collaboration, adaptability and initiative.
• Experience in coaching and staff development is mandatory.
• Very strong computer skills, especially in Adobe Creative Suite products (including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign), Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook iOS & Android OS mobile software required; a working knowledge of CRM databases, preferred.
• 1-2 Years’ experience producing corporate e-mail campaigns using Constant Contact (or similar).
• Familiarity with WordPress CMS platform to perform website updates.
• Ability to travel at least 15% or as required.
