Position Overview

We are looking for an energetic, responsible, can-figure-it-out-type of person to join our Client Services team! This person is a key member of the Orion team that will support Project Managers with scheduling and coordinating software implementation activities.  The Account Coordinator (AC) is an entry-level position that reports directly to the Senior Project Manager.  The AC is an integral part of assisting in the day-to-day management of our client’s data conversion and software implementations.  In addition to ensuring that work is delivered on-time, the AC is responsible for assisting communication across Orion and back to the client.  The AC is a critical supporting role for Orion and the success of our clients.  This position is being offered at our Atlanta, GA office, located conveniently off Windy Hill and I-75.

Job Requirements

  • Client Satisfaction: Assisting in the day-to-day lead on project management, an AC will be a key contributor to the satisfaction of our clients.
  • Data Entry: The AC is responsible for entering all relevant information into various channels/software/databases.
  • Financial Management: Assist with the tracking and updating of client invoices.
  • Proofreading: Reviewing work and being the “last line” of proofing prior to sending to clients.
  • Scoping and Estimating: The AC will work with the Project Manager to determine the scope, timeline, and resources for a project and support the development of their software implementation.
  • Maintain a mindset of continuous improvement, in terms of efficiency of various processes, customer satisfaction and the application of tools for monitoring, management and optimization.
  • Although this is not a client-facing position, some travel may be required.

Desired Skills/Experience

  • Must have a good understanding of a “services business” in a high tech environment.  A background in either the legal industry or accounting and case management systems is preferred but not required.
  • 1-2 years of professional office experience or relevant experience.
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, combined with the ability to provide quick resolution to problems.
  • Outstanding communication (written and verbal) and organizational skills.
  • Ability to develop trusted relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to multi-task, managing a variety of projects, deadlines and clients.
  • Personally enjoy and thrive in a dynamic, “think on your feet” environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook required; a working knowledge of CRM databases, preferred.
  • College graduate with a major in Communications, Business or relevant field.
