E-Mail Options
All reports can be e-mailed directly from the reporting system. E-mail recipients are automatically created from the report's sort criteria or the user can select eligible recipients. For example, run a Collection Report for items exceeding $1,000 and over 90 days past due. Sort by Responsible Attorney. Orion will create e-mails for each Responsible Attorney that have "hits" on the report. In addition to a standard or user defined message, each Attorney will receive a report with his applicable Matters.

Event Driven
Several of Orion's reports will allow you to send e-mail based on various conditions. For example, a report can be sent to any timekeeper that has not entered the required amount of time for the day based on budgets or firm parameters. Responsible Attorneys can get a "heads up" on Matters that are approaching or have exceeded their budget.

Integration is provided with Microsoft Outlook, Novell GroupWise and other products. Orion intelligently sends reports to the correct responsible person, providing only the relevant data.
